Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship your Peak Mode order.
Shipping Overview
We're committed to getting your order to you reliably and as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled through our US-based fulfillment partner and shipped via USPS directly to your door.
We currently ship to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not currently supported. We're working to expand — stay tuned.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of being placed. Weekends and holidays don't count toward this processing time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Heads up: Order processing is separate from delivery transit. Total delivery time = processing time + USPS transit time. See "Shipping Options & Timeframes" below for end-to-end estimates.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
End-to-end delivery times below include both processing (3–5 business days) and USPS transit. All times are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

Spend $85 or more in a single order and Standard Shipping is on us — automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your order on the USPS website or via our Track Order page.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout was correct
- Contact us at support@peakmodesupplements.com with your order number
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International addresses

Address Changes & Cancellations
You can modify your shipping address or cancel your order within the first 2 hours after placing it. After that, your order moves to our fulfillment team and cannot be changed or canceled.
If you need to make a change within that window, contact us immediately at support@peakmodesupplements.com.
If your order has already shipped, you can still return it within 30 days under our money-back guarantee.
Delayed Orders
Most orders arrive within the timeframes listed above. Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
If your Standard order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or your Express order within 9 business days, please contact us at support@peakmodesupplements.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but never arrives, please contact us at support@peakmodesupplements.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly. Photos of damaged packaging or product help us process claims faster.
