## Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.
## How to Request a Return
**Step 1: Contact Us**

- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
**Step 2: Receive Return Instructions**
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.
**Step 3: Ship Your Return**
Send the product back to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
**Step 4: Receive Your Refund**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
## Return Eligibility
### Eligible for Return:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Opened products (we understand you may need to try them)
- Products purchased within the last 30 days
### Not Eligible for Return:
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products not purchased directly from peakmodesupplements.com
## Refund Details
### What You'll Receive:
- Full refund of the product purchase price
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (since we offered free shipping, this doesn't apply)
### Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
### Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
## Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
1. Contact us immediately at peakmodesupplements@outlook.com
2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
3. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
4. We'll provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
## Order Cancellations
### Before Shipment:
You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel it. After 2 hours, your order is sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be canceled.
To cancel within the 2-hour window, email us immediately at peakmodesupplements@outlook.com with your order number.
### After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee once you receive it.
## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:
1. Return your original product for a refund
2. Place a new order for the product you want
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
## Subscription Orders
If you have a subscription order and wish to cancel or modify it, please contact us at peakmodesupplements@outlook.com. Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
