Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll give you a full refund within 30 days of your order date. It's that simple.
How to Request a Return
Start by emailing us at support@peakmodesupplements.com with your order number, the product you'd like to return, and optionally a reason why — feedback genuinely helps us improve. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.
Once you receive instructions, ship the product back to the address we provide. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we aren't able to take responsibility for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
What's Eligible for a Return
We accept both opened and unopened products as long as your purchase was made within the last 30 days and directly through peakmodesupplements.com. Products purchased more than 30 days ago or through a third party are not eligible.
Since we offer free shipping, there are no original shipping costs to refund — you'll get back the full product purchase price.
Damaged or Defective Products
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us right away at support@peakmodesupplements.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it. After that, your order moves to our fulfillment team and can't be stopped. To cancel within that window, email us immediately with your order number. Once your order has shipped it can't be canceled, but you can still return it under the 30-day guarantee once it arrives.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
Subscription Orders
To cancel or modify a subscription, log into your account on peakmodesupplements.com and manage your subscription from your customer portal. For help, contact us at support@peakmodesupplements.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
