Where do you source your ingredients?
We source from trusted suppliers who meet our quality and ethical standards. Our Whey Protein uses USA-sourced dairy from compliant processing facilities. Our plant-based proteins come from high-quality fava bean and fermented yeast sources. Full ingredient details are listed on every product page.
Are your natural flavors alcohol-free?
Yes. Our natural flavors are alcohol-free and sourced from plant-based and synthetic sources to ensure great taste without compromising our standards.
Do you use artificial sweeteners?
No. We use stevia extract as our natural sweetener and avoid artificial sweeteners entirely. No sucralose, no aspartame, no acesulfame potassium.

What is your money-back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I return a product?

Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free Standard Shipping on orders $85 or more, automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $85 ship for a flat $8.99 (Standard) or weight-based $16–$30 (Express). We currently ship within the continental United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping takes 5–9 business days end-to-end (3–5 days processing + 2–4 days transit via USPS Ground Advantage). Express Shipping takes 4–8 business days end-to-end (3–5 days processing + 1–3 days transit via USPS Priority). Weekends and holidays don't count toward processing time. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii?
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time. Contact us at support@peakmodesupplements.com if you have questions about future expansion.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to update your shipping address. After that, your order moves to our fulfillment team and can't be changed. Email us immediately at support@peakmodesupplements.com if you need to make an update.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within the first 2 hours after placing it. Once your order is being prepared for shipment it can't be canceled, but you can still return it within 30 days under our money-back guarantee.
What if my order is delayed?
If your Standard Shipping order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or your Express order within 9 business days, email us at support@peakmodesupplements.com and we'll look into it right away.
Allergens and Safety
Do your products contain common allergens?
Specific allergens vary by product. Our Whey Protein contains milk. Our Brain & Focus Formula contains soy and fish (DHA sourced from tuna) and is not vegan. Our products may also be manufactured in facilities that handle dairy, soy, fish, and tree nuts. Please review the ingredient list on each product page carefully. Are your products safe for pregnant or nursing women?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any supplement during pregnancy or while nursing.
Can I take multiple Peak Mode products together?
Our products are designed to complement each other. If you're taking medications or have existing health concerns, check with your healthcare provider before combining supplements.
Usage and Expectations
How much protein is in each serving?
Our Whey Protein Isolate contains 22g of pure isolate per serving — not concentrate. Our Plant Protein contains 20g per serving from a premium blend of Tendra® Fava Bean Protein Isolate and YESTEIN™ Fermented Yeast Protein for a complete amino acid profile. Both are made without artificial sweeteners or unnecessary fillers, with 24 servings per container.
When should I take my supplements?
Protein is best taken post-workout or anytime throughout the day as a convenient protein source. Ashwagandha is one capsule twice daily before meals. The Complete Multivitamin is two capsules in the morning with a meal. Brain and Focus is two capsules once daily before a meal.
How long before I see results?
Results vary depending on your diet, training, and consistency. Most customers notice improved recovery and energy within 2-4 weeks of regular use.

How do I earn points?

How does the referral program work?
You'll find your unique referral link in your account or rewards widget. When a friend makes their first purchase using your link, you earn 5% of their order value. You can refer up to 5 friends for a maximum of 25% in referral rewards — stackable with your existing discounts.
Do points expire?
No. Your points never expire as long as your account stays active.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
